We start with a survey of your property to measure up and understand exactly what you’re looking for.
We will then go away and put together a detailed quotation outlining exactly what we will provide and at what cost.
If you wish to add or remove anything at this point or make any other changes we are happy to accommodate this.
Once we have agreed on the details of the quotation and have received your authorization to proceed we will agree on a time frame for delivery and completion.
Once installed all of our doors are covered by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee and we can even offer a reduced rate for any future maintenance moving forward from that. We really can provide the complete package.

Sliding doors are serviced and maintained professionally
During our service visits, we will always remove the canopy/cover and inspect all moving parts and electrical components & we will check all fixings are correctly tightened (this sounds obvious but not all companies do this).
If we do find an issue and it can be quickly repaired during the service visit we will seek your authorisation to do this saving the added labour of a revisit.
But it’s not only the things you can see or hear that we will check on a service, we will also check for compliance. Does the door fail to the open position on mains failure when required, does it open for escape on activation of the fire alarm or does it have the correct signage. These are just a few of the things we will check during our service visits.
After we have completed all of our checks we will provide a report stating if the door complies with BS EN 16005, (this is the standard all automatic pedestrian doors should conform to) if it doesn’t we will explain why and have a solution to ensure it will.
We currently offer a discount of 20% for services booked online. If you book a regular schedule of services, we offer 10% off all visits during your planned service schedule.
